• Commissions and bonuses are calculated based on the commission structure provided.

• Commission bases are published webshop prices in USD excluding freight. Where discounts have been granted as part of promotions the discounted price forms the commission basis.

• All payments are made via Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT).

• Affiliates must apply to affiliates@cryodry.biz with evidence of your activities for tier certification.

• Ultra generous cookie window of 60 days applies. Any purchase made within this period after a referral will be attributed to the affiliate.

• Commissions are paid out monthly (based on the previous month’s performance).

• A minimum balance of $250 is required before a payout is issued. If your earned commission for a given month is below $250, it will roll over to the next month.

• Affiliates must NOT:

o Bid against CryoDry brand marketing (Google Ads, YouTube, etc.) and other forms of web traffic generation.

o Misrepresent themselves as CryoDry staff/company.

o Use traffic redirecting tools or software against CryoDry or other affiliates.
